Actually they were pretty easy, getting the right look for Samurai's tornado was the biggest issue I had.

hmm ... i know all except 3:
- who is the apache? I have never seen an apache warrior in the superman-comics
- the man with the tornado - he can't be the red tornado, can he? I have never seen the asian style
- the man on the left in blue and yellow ... hmmm ?

All three were originally creations for that season of Super-Friends, designed to bring what we now call inclusiveness to the show. The Apache was called Apache Chief and could grow to giant size. The man in blue and yellow was Black Vulcan, who strongly resembled Black Lightning in the comics in terms of powers, but not personality. I believe the tornado-powered guy was called Samurai. The efforts at inclusiveness would be embarrassing by current standards, but they were a step forward at the time.
